Yes. MCP connects to your existing Recruit license, workspaces, power filters, ATS connections, and credits. Anything you do in MCP shows up in Recruit, and vice versa. Some enterprise AI platforms, including Gemini Enterprise, may require an admin setup step first.

Results are returned in pages, and your assistant can page through up to 200 candidates in the conversation. For a complete list, ask your assistant to export the results to Excel or Google Sheets with the export tool, which is not limited to the paged view.

For automated, non-interactive workflows, SeekOut provisions OAuth 2.0 machine-to-machine (M2M) credentials: a client ID and secret you exchange for a short-lived token.
