Each organization has default rate limits that are assigned to every user. Requests are counted per user, so one user’s activity does not consume another user’s allowance. SeekOut can raise or lower an individual user’s limits on request. A matching organization-level counter is evaluated alongside the per-user counter, so no single account can exhaust the capacity available to the rest of your organization. Automated workflow credentials can be provisioned with their own permissions and rate limits.

Volume limits on contacts and exports

Retrieving contact details and exporting profiles are additionally bounded by your organization’s contact and export credit balances, and by daily limits on the volume of profiles involved. Large batches prompt for an additional confirmation before they run, and a request is refused when the relevant credit balance is exhausted. See Work with candidates.

Request different limits

Contact SeekOut Support or your SeekOut account team to request a higher or lower rate limit for a user. Include the user’s name, expected daily request volume, and peak request rate. For automated workflows, include the expected daily request volume and peak request rate so that SeekOut can provision the credential with appropriate limits.
